Am I baritone or a tenor?
Have been singing for about 4 years though only started taking lessons in Jan 2011. Anyways I still can't figure out what I should be singing as I'm still unsure whether I'm a tenor or baritone don't want to hurt myself . My passaggio points are at A below middle C and G above middle C and my range is from F below low C to Db above tenor C.Any ideas?My teacher thinks I'm a tenor but she's a mezzo so I'm still a bit dubious

I play baritone in band and we are only two baritone players so I have to play really loud. When I try to play loud I get a bad sound. I want to play with a good sound AND loud.

Hello, long story short, my range extends from an E to an A above middle C. The A is sorta yell ish, but it is stable. I have sung tenor in choir my whole life and in theater. A few months ago I could only reach a G, and started getting asked if I was a baritone. Now I have a very default tenor range. My voice isn't very heavy, but light and a little more open, not very dark. I like the baritone voice because it is romantic sounding and mature, but I can't sing most of those arias. I usually stick to music that goes to an A at the highest. I'm very confused . My last trainer insisted I was a tenor but I'm just not sure. Oh, and I'm 17 btw.Add perhaps yelling was a bad word to use. What I mean is that it is slightly rough but getting better. I was not aware my voice could be changing at 17, this excites me oh and my teacher is awesome and would never let me damage my voice.

I'm a baritone tenor male singer, and I have an audition coming up and need a song to perform which is set in baritone tenor. i'd like it to have been within the past 2 years, but it seems i cant find anything? does anyone know of any songs i could do? i know that michael buble is a baritone singer, but his songs seem a little old and over used for an x factor audition? or do you disagree? i have also heard that some female artists are good to sing if you drop there songs an octave, does anyone know of any that will suit my range? please help thanks
Is it difficult to go from baritone horn to trombone?
I've been playing the baritone horn for over 6 years now, but recently I had to quit band and had to give back my instrument as a result. My school is really keen to keep me doing a brass instrument because I'm extremely passionate about music but they don't have a baritone available. My brass teacher said that he thinks I'd have absolutely no trouble going over to Trombone because I'm quick at picking up instruments I play 4 others and my music teacher school one is desperate for me to do music GCSE and thinks I'd be fine if I learnt. I've never even picked up a trombone in my life, but the school has one spare that I could play. Would it be easy to learn after my experience with the baritone? I want to be on at least grade 2 by the time I start year 10 in September. Is this likely?
