Alright, I have never had a classical guitar. I have a steel string acoustic. I have been listening to this new band and the singer uses a classical guitar and is amazing at the guitar. I have always wanted one also because I do a lot of finger picking songs and sometimes It doesnt sound right on a steel string. So, I have looked at these 4 ibanez and like them all. Although, they are different than eachother. They are all Ibanez and are all around the same price. I have a classical guitar at home, but I don't know how to use it I am planning to learn how to play the guitar I really want to.. But I don't wana go anywhere to take lessons or learn with a teacher.. All I want is to aquire the skills by myself on the internet.. i started out with a classical and played with it for a monthish then changed to electric. so anyways i tried to play an acoustic song so i tried playing it on the classical guitar and i had a really hard time changing the chords on the classical. on the electric and small necked acoustic guitars i dont really have any problems with changing the chords. so ya

Can classical guitars be revarnished?
I have a handmade guitar I got a few years ago and it's really my favorite. It has a bit of pick marks on under the sound hole from normal use but it's just nicks on the lacquer I assume. Can it be revarnished or touched up to get rid of the nicks? And also about how much would it cost to do the touch up?

Classical guitar will not stay in tune!!! Please Help?
I got a classical guitar, nylon strings, and it will not stay in tune for more than an hour often less . I changed the strings about a week ago after the guitar was unused for about a year, it was missing a tuning peg which I just got professionally fixed. The current stings are a little cheap, about $7 a pack. I have stretched the strings many times by bending about every inch hope you know what I mean . When I bend them like this again, it does not come out of tune the strings are not stretching any farther . What are possible problems here? Up on the head of the guitar, the strings are wrapped around about 2 3 times. The worst strings coming out of tune in this order G, Low E, High E. What can I do? It was awhile ago, but I do not remember having this problem when I was using the guitar about a year ago, maybe about a year and a half actually. Thanks
