I need help performing a piano chord. If you're a pianist please HELP?
I'm about two years in playing piano. I read all my music off of music sheets. But there is a chord on one song that I'm having trouble performing with my left hand. The chord is E,B,F . I hit the E with my pinkey, the B with my middle, and the F with my thumb. My problem is that when I perform the chord, I always hit the lower F and the F neutral with my pinkey as well and it sounds horrible. Is there a technique to hit chords that distant apart without hitting other keys? Or must I work on finger stretching? To give you an idea of how small my hands are, I can reach from C to E barely.Please help I really like this song, and would love to play it to my girlfriend.Thanks,Luis
